Early Pick Up, Late Drop Off & Late Collection Procedure
If you need to drop your child later than 9am or collect your child prior to the session ending – please call the kindergarten mobile 0403 097 244 prior to 9am on the day of the program to arrange this.
If you are running late to collect your child, please contact the kindergarten prior to the session concluding via the mobile 0403 097 244 ONLY as the emails are not always monitored. A late collection fee will be charged after 30minutes of the session concluding – see Late Collection Fee below.
As per kindergarten policy, where a child has not been collected and a parent/guardian/authorised nominee has not made contact with the kindergarten, the Director is authorised to contact the authorised nominee (as nominated on your enrolment form) after 30 minutes and lastly the local police if a child has not been collected after 60minutes.
Late collection fee
A late collection fee of $50 will be charged for each 30 minutes a child remains in the centre after the session has concluded in all above scenarios.
