Fee Schedules:
Term Fees – 2022
Three year old program:
Hours: 8 hours per week
Term Fee: $700
Four year old program:
Hours: 15 hours per week
Term Fee: $780

Late Payment Fees
In accordance with the Fee Policy a late payment fee of $40 will be charged in the event a direct debit was not successful.
Registration Fee
In accordance with the Fee Policy, a non-refundable registration fee of $50 will be required upon submitting an Enrolment Waitlist Application Form to the Kindergarten waitlist. See Enrolment Waitlist Application Form for payment details.
Payment of Fees:
Term 1 Fees must be received in full prior to the child commencing at the service, with payment terms and methods stipulated on the letter of offer.
In accordance with the Fee Policy a late payment fee of $40 will be charged in the event fees are not paid on time.
If you are experiencing difficulty making payments, a separate arrangement can be made with the Treasurer – please refer to our Fee policy, or contact the Director of Teaching or the Treasurer.
Refunds
Please note that fees and deposits are non-refundable (exceptional circumstances may apply with a retained $100 administration fee). There will be no refund of fees due to a change of mind, child’s short term illness; public holidays; family holiday during operational times; non disclosure and disclosure of concession subsidies after fees have been paid; closure of the centre for one or more days when a qualified member of staff is absent and a qualified reliever is not available; or closure of the centre for staff training days; or due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Guidelines for Fee Subsidy:
The following parents are eligible to receive a fee subsidy for the 15 hours per week of the 4 year-old program and 5 hours (of the full 8 hour program) per week for the 3 year-old program:
- Commonwealth Health Care Card holders
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
- Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card holders
- Bridging visas A-F
- Refugee Visa (subclass) 200
- In-country Special Humanitarian visa (subclass 201)
- Global Special Humanitarian visa (subclass 202)
- Temporary Humanitarian Concern visa (subclass 786)
- Protection visa (subclass 866)
- Emergency Rescue visa (subclass 203)
- Woman at risk visa (subclass 204)
- ImmiCard
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander children
If any parents have difficulty in making any of the payments, we would encourage you to discuss the matter with the Director of Teaching or the Treasurer. Strict confidentiality will be maintained.
Sources of Funding
Funding of the kindergarten is derived from 3 sources:
- DET (both 4 year old & 3 year old group)
- City of Port Phillip
- Terms Fees
The year is divided into 4 terms in accordance with Victorian Government school terms.
This funding may be supplemented by fundraising for a specific purpose or piece of equipment.
