Legislation for the Early Learning Sector is experiencing significant changes. Civic Kindergarten are updating ALL policies to ensure they meet all new legislative, regulatory and funding requirements. The below Policy Manual IS IN DEVELOPMENT and will be fully updated over the next 12months. If you have any questions regarding policy, please contact us.
Accordingly these policies do cover the seven Quality Areas of the National Quality Standard per below however they are

Within each of these areas, are individual policies covering a range of requirements. A policy is defined by the ELAA (Early Learning Association Australia) PolicyWorks Manual v2 as “a formal statement of principles, which provides a framework for decision making and indicates the course of action to be taken in specific circumstances. Policies provide services with an approved way of operating in relation to particular matters and improve the management of risk. They reflect the values and beliefs of a service, current thinking, national standards and community expectations and are relevant in terms of current laws and regulations.”
