Natalie Armany
Natalie is the Director of Civic Kindergarten and the Early Childhood Teacher for the 3 and 4 year old programs. She joined Civic in 2017 as the Early Childhood Teacher for our 3 year old program before being promoted to Director.
Natalie earned a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies from Monash University. Whilst studying Natalie worked as an early childhood educator in a long day care setting.
Natalie enjoys playing competitive netball and spending time with friends and family.
Carlene Ilgaz
Carlene is an Early Childhood Educator for our 4 year old program. Carlene joined Civic in 2009 and has worked extensively across both the 3 and 4 year old programs. She holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services and a Certificate in Disability Services.
Carlene has been key in introducing gardening and indigenous culture into our programs.
Carlene has two children and two grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending time. She also enjoys reading and traveling with her partner; she spent 10 years living overseas.
Lisa Richardson
Lisa joined Civic in 2019 as an Early Childhood Educator for our 3 year old program. She has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and has extensive experience as both an Educator and Teacher at a variety of distinguished childcare centres.
Lisa’s interests include children’s literature, creative arts and cooking. She also gets great joy from gardening with children.
Lisa is married and has four children.
Sonia Pandolfo
Sonia is the Operations Manager at Civic Kindergarten, working 4 days per week.
Sonia manages the efficient operation of the service including all compliance and regulatory requirements, processing enrolments, website management, policy management and liaising regularly with Civic families and external bodies.
Sonia has two children attending a local school and enjoys being involved in the local community.
